The goods

Haleworth sells food supplements formulated to support everyday vitality and general physical wellbeing as part of a balanced diet. These products are classified as food supplements under United Kingdom food law and are not medicines, medical devices or substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Each product page describes the contents, quantity and form of the capsules. Photographs are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed once checkout is completed. We confirm it by email, though the contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout, before payment is taken. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we may correct it before dispatch and invite you to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery options, timeframes and costs are detailed on the Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are handed over.

Product images and colours

Product photographs show the actual goods shipped. The colours displayed depend on your screen's calibration, your browser and the lighting in your room; minor shade variation is not a defect and does not qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The goods remain our responsibility until the courier delivers them to you, or to the person you have named at the address provided. From that point, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. All products are manufactured under quality-controlled production processes and undergo independent purity screening before dispatch. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods are guaranteed to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described at the point of delivery; any product failing to meet this standard within a reasonable period may be returned for repair, replacement or refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

• Customized or personalized bundles assembled specifically for an individual order
• Items with a short shelf-life where the remaining best-before period at the time of return request is insufficient for resale
• Supplement bottles or blister packs whose tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed, for hygiene and product safety reasons
• Goods that have been mixed, combined or repackaged with other items after delivery in a way that cannot be separated
• Digital dosage guides or informational content that has been downloaded or unsealed by the consumer

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haleworth Nutrition Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to the greater of £100 or the total price paid for the goods in question. This limitation does not affect liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Products should be used strictly as described on the label; they are not intended to replace professional medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to the customer in their place of residence within the United Kingdom. Should a disagreement remain unresolved after direct discussion with us, it will be referred to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to the consumer rights afforded to you in your country of residence.
