How many capsules come in each pack and how should I take them?
Each pack contains a one-month supply. We recommend one capsule a day with breakfast and a full glass of water, as part of your normal daily routine.
How is my order dispatched and when will it leave?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are packed and dispatched from our Manchester site the same day. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
What is your return policy?
If a pack has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can arrange the return and confirm the details.
How do I know I am getting a genuine Haleworth pack?
We only sell through our own website and dispatch every order ourselves from our Manchester warehouse, so there is no third-party reseller in between. Each pack is sealed and batch-coded when it leaves us.
