Each product page sets out its contents, quantity and suggested use within a daily routine. Compare options, review feedback from other customers, then add to your basket.

Order
Settle payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer. A confirmation email containing your order number follows immediately.

Dispatch
Orders received before the daily cut-off are dispatched that same business day, packed with care and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Use and return
Follow the directions printed on the label. Should you reconsider, the item may be returned within 30 days under the terms of our Returns page.

Whole Root Ginseng, No Fillers
Each capsule is built around Panax ginseng root extract and methylcobalamin B12, with no chalk binders or synthetic bulking agents added just to fill the jar.
Cold-Milled Extraction Process
We cold-mill our root extracts to keep the natural compounds intact, rather than relying on high-heat processing that can strip an ingredient down to very little.
Batch Checked Before Dispatch
Every production run is checked against our own purity and weight standards before a single pack leaves the warehouse, and packs are sealed for freshness.
Dispatched Direct To Your Door
Orders are packed in protective, recyclable mailers and sent out with tracking, straight from our Manchester despatch point to your address.
Common questions
How many capsules come in each pack and how should I take them?Each pack contains a one-month supply. We recommend one capsule a day with breakfast and a full glass of water, as part of your normal daily routine.
How is my order dispatched and when will it leave?Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are packed and dispatched from our Manchester site the same day. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
What is your return policy?If a pack has not been opened and is still in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can arrange the return and confirm the details.
